Can I sign a document without an account?

Short answer
Yes. Signers need no account, app or login. They get an email with a link to the document and confirm their signature with a one-time SMS code. Only the person sending the document needs a (free) SmoothSign account.
How the signer signs
- The signer receives an email from SmoothSign with an "Open the document" button.
- The document opens in the browser, on mobile or desktop.
- The signer draws their signature and confirms with the code sent by SMS.
- When everyone has signed, all parties get the signed PDF by email.
What does the sender need?
The sender creates a free account once and then sends documents by email to sign@smoothsign.cc, from the dashboard, from Fiken or from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. The sender pays for signatures; signers pay nothing.
