Register and sign
Sign on a touchscreen, once and for all. We store your signature securely and use it every time you want to sign a document.
Send the documents by email
Send one or more documents to sign@smoothsign.cc. Everyone who needs to sign must be on CC – including yourself if you are also signing. If you are the only signer, you do not need to CC yourself.
Sign with SMS code
All signers receive an email with a link to the document. Signing is confirmed with a unique code sent via SMS.
Receive fully signed document
When everyone has signed, you receive the signed documents by email. The sender always receives a copy, even if the sender did not sign.

Your copy of the signed PDF
All parties receive the signed PDF by email. Save your own copy; SmoothSign is not a permanent document archive.
